Chef-Owner Robert Traut has over 35 years in the restaurant/bar/catering business including several years in Mt. Adams and a decade in Southern California. He has owned his own yacht charter business, servicing Nixon's Presidential Yacht and John Wayne's yacht. He is the infamous owner of Hot Shotz in Clifton, bringing the first outdoor patio and bar to the area in 1980. Most recently he and his partners own and operate Courtyard Cafe in Over-the-Rhine. A Main Street pioneer, Robert rehabbed this 1865 building into a beautiful bar/restaurant with outdoor patio.
During the past 15 years, the Courtyard has won several area awards for its great pub-style food including 7 Best of the Taste of Cincinnati awards.
Robert, or Bullet as he's most commonly known, and his wife Sue opened DuJours in 2007 where they express a true enthusiasm for great quality food and personal customer service.
